A fresh and tangy Greek salad featuring crisp romaine, fresh vegetables, sheep's feta, and a zesty vinaigrette.

Chop up a bunch of ice cold romaine, tomatoes, bell peppers (ideally two kinds), Persian cucumbers. Shave white or red onion very thin, ideally using a mandolin. Crumble some sheep’s feta on top and add capers. Chopped pitted Kalamata olives would be good if available, along with some chopped dill. Dress the salad with a tangy vinaigrette, such as @littlegypsyfarms from Greece or @acidleague strawberry probiotic vinaigrette, seasoned with salt and pepper.
