Don’t knock it til ya try it folks! 🫘🥫🍞 Beans and Greens Toast 1 can or cup of cooked cannellini beans, drained 2 cups fave marinara sauce 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 2 cups baby spinach or chopped kale, chard 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp dried rosemary Zest if 1 lemon Sea salt and black pepper to taste Red chili flakes optional Heat pan, add oil and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add drained beans, sauté for 1 min. Add marinara, bring to a boil, then simmer. Season w nutritional yeast, rosemary salt and pepper. Add greens, turn off heat and cover until wilted. Stir and top on garlic rubbed toast.
