The beauty of this recipe is you literally can use any veg on hand to top your tostada. I want to say the avo is key for a creamy base you can anchor all those leafy greens on. I didn’t have much but next time some thinly sliced radish, pickled cabba

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400. Lightly brush tortillas w oil on both sides and sprinkle salt. Place in air fryer or oven until crispy about 3-5 minutes (this time will vary so keep an eye on it!) spread avo smash onto tostadas with chipotle mayo, then tomato, then greens and cilantro. Squeeze lime and enjoy!
