Love these taters cause they are airy light and crisp on the outside and dense and moist on the inside. So yum!

Preheat oven to 400°F. Add potatoes to a large bowl, submerge in cold water and ice for at least 20 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Coat potatoes in seasoning, corn starch and drizzle oil on top. Massage evenly over potatoes. Place flat on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until crispy. Enjoy!!
