Quick and easy homemade toasted seaweed snacks, perfect for munching on their own or serving with salads and rice.

Pour a little sesame oil into a ramekin or small bowl. Lightly brush each side of a nori sheet with oil. Season with sea salt. Using tongs, place the nori sheet over an open low flame for a couple seconds until toasted, then repeat on the other side. Continue with remaining sheets. Once all sheets are toasted, cut them into rectangles or squares and enjoy as a snack or with salad and rice!
