First, defrost sprouted corn tortillas. Drizzle olive or avocado oil on each tortilla, then brush evenly with a silicone brush. Add to cast iron pan and lightly toast on medium heat, for 1 minute on each side, continue until each tortilla begins to slightly brown and crisp up. This might take about 5-8 minutes total. Lower heat if needed, careful not to burn. Alternatively, you could also place in a toaster oven for about 3-5 minutes at 375-400°F (190-200°C). Let cool and gently salt. Ready to use!
