Trim ends of mushrooms keeping them intact. Whisk together cornstarch, water, seasonings. Dip mushrooms into batter on both sides. Heat a shallow pan with avocado oil. Transfer to pan and quickly dry on both sides until golden brown. Transfer to plate. Whisk spicy mayo ingredients in small bowl. And enjoy!
