For Furikake Seasoning: Pulse dulse flakes, toasted sesame seeds, 2 sheets toasted nori (cut into squares), coconut sugar, and sea salt in a food processor for 30 seconds. For the Dressing: Whisk 1/2 cup vegan mayo (or aquafaba mayo), 1 tbsp tamari, 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1/4 cup of the prepared Furikake seasoning, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1 grated clove garlic, 1/2 grated small onion, 1/2 cup avo oil (or water), and 2 scallions until creamy. Top with chopped scallions, more seasoning, and chili oil. Serve as a dip or dressing!
