Preheat oven to 400. Massage vegetables with oil, sprinkle curry powder and garlic powder and season. Roast 10 min until cooked but Al dente. Whisk together coconut yogurt, garlic, zest, season with salt and spread onto a flat plate. Transfer veggies onto plate on top of yogurt. Drizzle chili crisp on top. Enjoy!
