Spinach Artichoke Dip!

Spinach Artichoke Dip! 🍃🍃🍃 Inspired by the one and only @hillstonerestaurants 2 cups baby spinach 1 can artichoke hearts, drained 1/2 onion, thinly sliced 4 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tbsp avocado oil 4 tbsp vegan sour cream 2 tbsp vegan cream cheese 1/4 cup vegan Mozz Dash of nutmeg Salt and pepper Hot sauce In a pan, add oil, garlic and onion, spinach and sauté until spinach is wilted, season w salt and pepper. Set aside and let cool. Add sour cream, cream cheese, nutmeg, and half of strained artichokes to food processor. Add cooked spinach and pulse until blended but still chunky. Set oven to broil. Transfer dip to a heat safe small pot or dish. Sprinkle w mozzarella. Chop remaining artichokes. Broil for 10 min or until cheese fully melts. Top w chopped artichokes and hot sauce. Serve w chips or crudités and enjoy!
