This recipe was one of the original dishes I made for the kids when they first started having solids and I come back to it again and again! Can add kimchi to spike it up for the grownups!

Place veggies into food processor and pulse until chopped very fine. Then add 1-2 tbsp avo oil to hot pan, add chopped veg, sauté 2 min, can add a little water to prevent from sticking. Add tamari, rice, mix well add 1 tsp sesame oil and season if needed. Serve with nori sheets or lettuce cups and enjoy!
