Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small bowl, mix together the blackening seasoning: ground cayenne, ground cumin, smoked paprika, coconut sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Coat the fish filets in avocado oil, then generously dredge them in the blackening seasoning mixture. Cook the seasoned fish for 20 minutes, or until it is flaky and fully cooked through. Set the fish aside. Next, prepare the Cilantro Crema. Combine the feta or chèvre, cilantro, zest of one lime, garlic cloves, half a jalapeño, and salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is creamy, adding water as needed to achieve your desired consistency. Transfer the crema to a small serving bowl. To serve, arrange all the fixings – salsa, shaved red cabbage, cole slaw, sliced jalapeños, sliced radishes, crumbled feta, and lettuce leaves – on a platter or in individual small bowls. Allow your guests to build their own delicious Grain Free Fish Tacos using the cooked fish, cilantro crema, and various fixings.
