The simplest comforting non-recipe to make a few times a month. The perfect dish when you don’t feel like cooking! Serve with a massive salad, usually a juicy crunchy Caesar. If using real cheese, keep it grain and starch free for food combining.

Heat a pan. Add marinara, then broccoli and bring to a simmer letting the marinara cook the broccoli al dente. Add the shredded cheese, cover and lower heat or turn off letting the cheese melt and get super gooey. Sprinkle over oregano and chili flakes. Serve hot and enjoy!
