A refreshing and healthy anti-inflammatory juice made with fresh fruits and vegetables, designed to provide an energy boost. Best made with a juicer for maximum benefit, but can also be blended without skins as an alternative.

Prepare all ingredients by washing them. If using a juicer, process all ingredients (orange, green apple, romaine, fennel, lemon, cucumber, turmeric, ginger) through the juicer. If blending, remove skins from fruits and blend without skins. Enjoy immediately after juicing or blending.
