Soak arame in water and set aside while you prep salad (about ten min). Combine shaved cucumber and carrots in a medium sized bowl. In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients (tamari, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, 1/4 cup water). Strain arame and add to cucumber mixture. Pour in dressing, add sesame seeds and toss with hands. Serve!
