Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine all crab cake ingredients until mixed well in a large bowl. Form cakes with your hands and line evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until golden brown on the outside, about 20-25 minutes. While the crab cakes are baking, mix up all tartar sauce ingredients in a separate bowl. Let the crab cakes cool slightly and enjoy with greens of your choice!
