I had nothing but tinned fish and frozen cauliflower rice at home and was pretty impressed on how well it came out! It’s kind of giving “everyone’s so creative” but if you’re craving creamy spicy sushi goodness this hit the spot!

Preheat oven to 450. Whisk mayo ingredients in a bowl until blended well. Combine spicy salmon mixture and spicy tuna ingredients in separate bowls. Add cauliflower rice into a deep pan. Spread spicy salmon and spicy tuna over rice on separate sides. Top with sprinkle of furikake seasoning. Bake in oven for 30 min or until top is crisp and bubbly. Let cool. Serve with seaweed, soy paper and/or raw veggies. Enjoy!
