Always trying to recreate the elusive suburban Japanese restaurant house salad dressing..this came damn close!

Add all ingredients (carrots, yellow onion, garlic clove, ginger, white miso, tamari, avocado oil, toasted sesame oil, and water) to a blender. Blend until creamy, and it's okay if it's a little bit grainy. Add sea salt if needed. Serve by dressing onto cold crunchy greens and topping with sesame seeds.
