I’m feeling kind of guilty my recipes on here have been so basic lately but between running a biz, kids school and activities and generally my not feeling so ambitious in the kitchen, keeping it real and hopefully some of you are feeling the same way

Preheat oven 425. Slice squash in half, scoop out seeds, slice in 1-inch thick half moons. Massage with oil, sprinkle with salt, cinnamon. Roast in oven for 30-35 min. Enjoy!
