Slice bread into 1/4 inch thick slices. Rub each bread slice with the halved garlic clove. On a pan, arrange the slices and brush generously with olive oil. Sprinkle on dried thyme, dried rosemary, and dried oregano, then season with sea salt. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, or until the bread is browned and crisp. In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup olive oil, grated garlic, chopped fresh basil, 1/2 tsp sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices and serve immediately.
