🥗NEW RECIPE🥗 Grilled Halloumi Salad 2 heads romaine, rinsed and roughly chopped 2 medium tomatoes, sliced into large wedges 1/2 cup olives 3-4 Persian cucumbers, roughly chopped 1/2 red onion thinly sliced 1 cup of chopped steamed beets Handful of fresh mint, dill and parsley chopped Dressing: 1/4 cup olive oil 4–6 tbsp filtered water 2-3 tbsp Za’atar seasoning Juice of 1 lemon Sea salt and pepper 1 pack of Halloumi sheep cheese (can sub feta or vegan feta here!) sliced into large thick slabs abt 1/4 inch thick Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl and whisk together dressing ingredients. Heat a pan or grill pan and grill halloumi or vegan feta on each side a few minutes until browned. Toss salad with dressing, top with halloumi and serve!
