I made my own broth here but you could def sub min store bought if you don’t have time!

Simmer broth ingredients for an hour. Strain and set aside. Add shiitakes, green beans, broccoli and simmer for 10 min or until cooked. Add chili sauce and stir. Season with salt as needed. Plate bowls with rice noodles and zucchini noodles. Pour broth and vegetables over noodles. Garnish with toppings and enjoy!
