A simple and delicious recipe for a creamy vegan Green Goddess dressing, perfect for salads or as a dip.

Combine all ingredients (raw cashews, garlic, tamari, lemon juice, mustard, dill, parsley, cilantro or tarragon, water, salt and pepper, and optional jalapeño) in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely creamy and smooth. Adjust water for desired consistency. Serve and enjoy as a dip or salad dressing.
