For my newbies or as a refresher! This is the drink I make myself on nearly daily after my green juice or instead as a gentle cleanser, alkalinity, vitality boost! Sometimes it shifts with what greens and fruit I have on hand but typically this is it! Leafy greens for chlorophyll, hydrating celery for enzyme boost (aka eliminator central), frozen mango and frozen RIPE banana for alkalinity and more elimination (hi brown spotted 🍌), fresh mint for detoxification and raw coconut water for electrolytes aka nature’s Gatorade and a squeeze of lemon for anti inflammation and tartness. Perfect for post or pre workouts, sipping throughout the am, always on an empty stomach, never mixed with nuts, seeds, protein powders or butters as quick digestion and chi boost is the name of the game here. Nothing that will sit in your system and most likely fermwnt aka the calm energetic boost so classic to this smoothie. Yes it’s different! No there’s no protein! Yes there is lord of whole fruit and natural sugars! Try it and hit me later! 🍃🍃🍃
