Cabbage Coconut Wraps

Remove outer leaves of cabbage head and set aside. Thinly slice the remaining cabbage. In a large pan, heat abt 2 tbsp of the coconut milk, add garlic, ginger and turmeric and sauté. Add in cabbage and stir until fully coated. Add a little water to help cook down the cabbage for 5 min. Once all cabbage is wilted, add in coconut milk, sugar and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for another 5 min. Remove from heat. Serve in cabbage leaves; garnished with cilantro with rice!
