Mega Nutrient Dense Salad with Red Lentils

What you need

head romaine lettuce

bunch pea shoots

cup sauerkraut
tbsp tamari soy sauce

cup red lentils

dash ground cumin

tbsp ice water

tsp curry powder

tbsp tahini

avocado

tbsp olive oil

tsp fine sea salt

tsp sesame oil
lemon

tbsp fresh cilantro

carrot

radish
Instructions
In a small pot, boil water. Add lentils and cook until al dente (not mushy) about 8-10 min. Rinse under cold water and drain. In a bowl, mix lentils, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, curry powder and cilantro. Season with sea salt and set aside. Combine salad ingredients in a large serving bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until dressing is creamy. Top with lentil salad, sprinkle with ZOE Daily 30+ and pour over dressing. Enjoy!View original recipe
