What you need
tbsp tamari soy sauce

tsp sesame oil

persian cucumber

tbsp rice vinegar

cup water

carrot
Instructions
Soak arame in water and set aside while you prep salad (about ten min). Combine shaved cucumber and carrots in a medium sized bowl. In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients (tamari, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, 1/4 cup water). Strain arame and add to cucumber mixture.
