Bonberi Golden Latte

What you need
pinch fresh ground black pepper

tsp fresh ginger

cinnamon stick

tsp turmeric
lemon

tbsp maple syrup

cup oat milk
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients until blended (except ground cinnamon, lemon juice/zest, and black pepper). Add the mixture to a medium saucepan and bring to a low/medium heat, ensuring it does not boil. Continue to whisk as you warm for about three minutes; the more you whisk, the frothier it will get. While whisking, stir in the ground cinnamon, black pepper, and lemon juice/zest. Turn off the heat and add more sweetener as needed. Pour into mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks if using and more black pepper. Serve immediately!View original recipe
