Cabbage Coconut Wraps

What you need

salt

cilantro

coconut sugar

coconut milk

ground turmeric

ginger root

garlic
red cabbage
Instructions
Remove outer leaves of cabbage head and set aside. Thinly slice the remaining cabbage. In a large pan, heat abt 2 tbsp of the coconut milk, add garlic, ginger and turmeric and sauté. Add in cabbage and stir until fully coated. Add a little water to help cook down the cabbage for 5 min. Once all cabbage is wilted, add in coconut milk, sugar and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for another 5 min. Remove from heat. Serve in cabbage leaves; garnished with cilantro with rice!View original recipe
