What you need

pinch coarse sea salt

tbsp avocado oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Slice plantains in slightly thicker than half inch rounds, place flat on a parchment lined baking sheet, not touching and not overlapping. Drizzle avocado oil and massage well w hands so evenly coated. Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden browned on there bottom side. Using tongs flip each round and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve immediately (they’ll harden as time goes by) or serve in bowl cover led with a tight fitting lid. Enjoy!View original recipe
