bunch baby bok choy

ginger

fl oz water

tsp cooking oil

fl oz sesame oil
Instructions
Gently rinse the baby bok choy, but do not dry it. Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Add thinly sliced garlic and ginger to the pan. Toss in the whole bok choy. Add tamari, rice vinegar, a little hit of toasted sesame oil, and more water to the pan. Cook down for about 4 minutes and then serve.View original recipe
