What you need

sesame seed

egg

rice noodles

cup broccoli

cup mushroom mix

carrot

zucchini

coarse sea salt

tbsp soy sauce

tsp dark sesame oil

kimchi

garlic

scallion

tbsp miso
Instructions
Bring water to boil, add miso paste, garlic, scallions and kombu, then simmer covered for 20 min. Add veg and simmer for another 10 min. Add kimchi and continue to simmer, taste and add sesame oil and season as needed. Plate some noodles into a bowl and ladle soup on top. Crack an egg into the remaining simmer pot and baste with the broth until egg white is cooked but yolk is still raw. Carefully transfer to noodle bowl. Enjoy!View original recipe
