Gravlax Style Baked Salmon

I love this recipe because it’s great for entertaining or for keeping in your fridge to add to salads and lettuce wraps. It’s slightly sweet and tangy and perfect for summer!

What you need

garlic

tbsp dijon mustard
lemon

cup olive oil

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tsp coconut sugar

tsp black peppercorn

tsp coarse sea salt

tbsp coriander seed
cup dill

lb salmon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Place all brine ingredients into food processor and pulse until forms a paste. Pat onto salmon until evenly distributed. Bake until done about 20-25 minutes you don’t want to over cook it. While salmon is cooking, blend or whisk sauce together. Let cool. Spoon onto salmon and serve!View original recipe
