Herby Quinoa!

This is a perfect side for the Bonberi Plant Plate or to add to salads, you can get creative with any herb you wish!

What you need

tsp fine sea salt

cup water

cup fresh parsley

tbsp olive oil

fl oz lemon juice

cup quinoa
Instructions
Rinse quinoa in water until water runs clear (you could also soak over night for better digestion). Add quinoa to a pot or deep pan and lightly toast until dry without any water or oil. Add water, salt and bring to a boil, then simmer covered until cooked, stirring occasionally about 15-20 min. Let cool. Add herbs to a food processor with garlic, oil, salt, lemon juice and pulse until forms a paste. Stir paste into quinoa until well mixed and serve or store for the week!View original recipe
