What you need

Instructions
In a large pot, combine both ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 min to an hour covered. Season as needed and strain, set aside. Preheat oven to 425. Massage broccolini with 2 tbsp oil, season with salt, drizzle tofu with oil and tamari, place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 min. Let cool. Add veggies into pot with strained broth. Simmer for 5-8 minutes until veggies are tender. Ladle soup into bowls over noodles. Garnish with fresh herbs, chili crisp and lime. Enjoy!View original recipe
