What you need

bunch fresh cilantro

bunch celery
lime

sweet potato

avocado

cup fruit juice

lb carrot

in ginger

tsp fine sea salt

tsp coconut sugar

cup unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions
Juice carrots, celery, 1/2 lime and ginger. Set aside and retain juice pulp. Switch to blender on Bluicer, add 2 cups of juice, avocado, sweet potato, coconut sugar, coconut milk and blend.
