Miso Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs

honey

salt

avocado oil
miso

dark sesame oil

rice vinegar

soy sauce

ginger root

yellow onion

garlic

skinless chicken thigh
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450. Blend marinade ingredients until smooth. Toss chicken in marinade and cover. Refrigerate for 30 min to overnight. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet. Roast for 20 min. Flip. Roast for another 10 min. Flip, roast for another 15 min or until done. Optional to place directly under broiler for 1-2 min for a crispier skin. Top with chili crisp and scallions.
