Penne Alla Vodka, Bonberi Style! 🤌🤌 1 box of gf penne (I used @tolerantfoods) 1 jar of marinara (I used @raoshomemade) 2 cups baby spinach 1 cup of non dairy milk (I used @threetreesfoods) 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1 tsp red chili flakes 2 zucchini, sliced into half moons 1 bunch of broccolini, chopped 1 tbsp avocado oil Dash of garlic powder Sea salt and pepper Preheat oven to 425. Massage zucchini and broccolini with oil, garlic powder and season w salt, place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 min or until done. Set aside. Cook pasta as directed. Set aside. Heat a large pot, add marinara and bring to a boil then simmer, mix in spinach and cover for two min, until wilted, add milk, stir until creamy. Then mix in pasta, season with chili flakes and salt and pepper if needed. Plate and top with baked veggies. Enjoy!
