What you need

bunch broccoli rabe

cup nutritional yeast

zucchini

cup goat cheese

bunch spinach

marinara sauce
tsp dried oregano

head broccoli
vegan mozzarella
Instructions
Heat a pan. Add marinara, then broccoli and bring to a simmer letting the marinara cook the broccoli al dente. Add the shredded cheese, cover and lower heat or turn off letting the cheese melt and get super gooey. Sprinkle over oregano and chili flakes. Serve hot and enjoy!View original recipe
