Red Cabbage Avocado Cups

Chop the bottom of the red cabbage head and using hands break up leaves to use as cups. In a medium bowl, combine chopped cucumber, avocado. In a small bowl, whisk tamari, rice vinegar, and toasted sesame oil. Pour over avocado cucumber mixture and gentle mix to coat. Spoon mixture into cups and garnish with chili and sesame seeds. Serve as a snack or salad.
