Semi-Homemade Veggie Pizza

It’s Friday, which for this house means pizza night!! Here’s how I make my frozen semi homemade version. It’s addictive and I dream of it all week, swap in any veg you have on hand! 🍕🍃

What you need

tbsp olive oil

cup marinara sauce

cup zucchini

tsp salt & pepper

cup shiitake mushroom caps

pizza crust
cup vegan mozzarella

clove garlic clove

cup asparagus

tsp garlic powder
tsp chili flakes

cup broccoli florets

cup onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Add 2 tbsp oil to pan, sauté veggies except zucchini and onion in pan and season w garlic salt and pepper. Sauté until cooked but still Al dente and set aside. Top crust with sauce, cooked veg, then cheese and raw veg and drizzle w remaining olive oil. Bake for 20-25 min until the veggies are golden brown.
