What you need

tbsp nutritional yeast

head romaine lettuce

tbsp dulse

clove garlic clove

cup olive oil

tsp dijon mustard
chipotle pepper
tbsp tamari soy sauce

bunch fresh parsley
Instructions
Rinse and dry romaine and chill. Combine all dressing ingredients (olive oil, fresh parsley, chipotle peppers, garlic, dulse flakes, Dijon, tamari, nutritional yeast, juice of 1 lemon, salt, pepper) into a food processor or blender. Blend until creamy, slowly adding water until desired consistency. I like it thick but pourable. Remove romaine from the fridge and chop. Transfer to a large bowl and pour over dressing to your liking and toss. Garnish with more nutritional yeast and serve!View original recipe
