Spicy Veg Pho

What you need

cup dried shiitake mushrooms
lime

celery

ginger

cup broccoli
kombu

tbsp mint

scallion

cilantro

salt

ramen

fennel

cup zucchini
anise

garlic

cup shiitake mushrooms

oz basil
tbsp sriracha

cooked noodles
Instructions
Simmer broth ingredients for an hour. Strain and set aside. Add shiitakes, green beans, broccoli and simmer for 10 min or until cooked. Add chili sauce and stir. Season with salt as needed. Plate bowls with rice noodles and zucchini noodles. Pour broth and vegetables over noodles. Garnish with toppings and enjoy!View original recipe
