What you need

dried oregano

bunch parsley

cup avocado oil

cup feta
bunch scallion

garlic

cup spinach

portabella mushrooms
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450. Brush caps with oil, season salt and pepper and place face up on parchment lined baking sheet. In a food processor, combine spinach, parsley, scallions, feta and oil and pulse until forms a chunky paste. Can season as needed. Spoon mixture onto caps. Sprinkle with a little more feta and dried oregano. Bake in oven for 20 min. Let cool and enjoy!View original recipe
