THE CRUNCH BUSTER SALAD (named after my son’s favorite toy dubbed the Hulk Buster 🛡🚀) cause it just is busting with crunch and bright and herby and probably my favorite salad I’ve made in a while, so there’s that 🥗🥗🥗
Using a mandolin, shave the cabbage, onion and iceberg and transfer to a large bowl. Using a vegetable peeler, shave carrot and add to bowl. Add chopped herbs and crushed nuts. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together. Pour dressing over salad and toss!
