What you need

tsp salt

pepper
bunch dill

persian cucumber
fresh tomatoes

white onion

fl oz vinaigrette dressing

kalamata olive

oz feta

bell pepper

bunch romaine lettuce
Instructions
Chop up a bunch of ice cold romaine, tomatoes, bell peppers (ideally two kinds), Persian cucumbers. Shave white or red onion very thin, ideally using a mandolin. Crumble some sheep’s feta on top and add capers. Chopped pitted Kalamata olives would be good if available, along with some chopped dill.
