What you need

scallion

tbsp avocado oil

tsp sesame seed
dash gochugaru

tsp coconut sugar

tsp sesame oil

tbsp rice vinegar

king trumpet mushrooms
tbsp tamari soy sauce
Instructions
Slice mushrooms lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. Heat a pan, add avo oil, sear for 1 min on each side. Season with a little salt and set aside. Whisk together vinaigrette and pour over, garnish w sesame seeds and enjoy!View original recipe
