My favorite snack I would make myself as a kid was cheezy rice. American single slice cheese microwaved over a bowl of sticky Korean white rice that my mom always had ready in the rice cooker on the kitchen counter. And it was heaven. Here’s my updated version that I gave Sea the other day and she was hooked 😊
