Vegan French Onion Dip!

A delicious vegan take on classic French Onion Dip, featuring caramelized onions, garlic, tamari, and fresh sage, blended with creamy coconut yogurt. Perfect with potato chips or crudités.

What you need
tsp fresh ground black pepper

tbsp olive oil

yellow onion
cup Coconut Yogurt

clove garlic clove
fresh sage leaves
tbsp tamari soy sauce
Instructions
Heat olive oil in pan and add onions and garlic. Add tamari and sage leaves. Cook onions and garlic over medium-low heat until they caramelize into a deep brown color, about 5-7 minutes, careful not to let onions burn. Let cool completely. Once cool, transfer the onion mixture to a food processor or blender and pulse into a paste. Transfer to a bowl and fold in coconut yogurt. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
