white vinegar

dark sesame oil

rice vinegar

soy sauce

garlic

avocado oil
miso

lb brussel sprouts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Blend gochujang ingredients in food processor until forms a paste. In a bowl, toss Brussels with 4 tbsp of the sauce and spread parchment lined onto baking sheet. Roast for 30 min or longer watching so they don’t char too much. Enjoy!View original recipe
